Dr. Doran Bugg
Worship Pastor
Dr. Doran Bugg serves as the worship pastor and is the husband of Kristie and the father of two adult children. A graduate of University of Mississippi (BA in Music Education), Baylor University (Masters in Music), and Louisiana State University (Doctor of Musical Art), Dr. Bugg brings decades of experience in worship leadership and music education. Bugg previously served First Baptist Dallas, seeing their worship attendance more than double under his leadership.
Hugo Encorrada
Worship Associate
Hugo Encorada serves as the worship ministry associate and is the husband of Adriana and the father of six. A graduate of Southwestern Seminary (Master of Music in Worship Leadership), Hugo is currently pursuing his Ph.D. from the same school. Hugo is a native of Mexico City, Mexico and assists Dr. Bugg in the worship ministry of Plymouth Park. When he's not at PPBC, you can probably find him composing music or spending time with his family.
